The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Local community Hall in Mpuluzi to render providers towards the community.

SASSA will probably be rendering providers for example new social grant applications, change of payment method, consumer treatment enquiries, as well as the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency stated it truly is alarmed about the large variety of people counting on social grants for survival.
“The goal from the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to a high range of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be mainly because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no entirely functional office committed to service the area each day. The support stage produced for intervention here encounters a high inflow of probable beneficiaries, which makes it complicated to the Workplace to attend to all people who check out a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more methods to enable the servicing of all buyers and improve use of Social Assistance solutions,” the agency said.
